Shipping and Exchange Policy

Please Note: All proceeds from this site directly benefit the children of Crestwood School. This site and it's operations are run by parent volunteers on behalf of the Crestwood School Parent's Association ('CSPA').

Shipping and Fulfillment 

Orders are delivered to classrooms and will be sent home with your children. For in-stock items please allow for up to 7 days in order for us to fulfill your order. For pre-order items, we may require additional lead-times to manufacture/print your products. 

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For in-stock items, we will do our best to accommodate exchanges for unworn merchandise. For all pre-order items, please note that we are made-to-order, and as such we do not typically have the ability to exchange for sizing.
